    We are looking for a Key Account Officer to join our team. This is a full-time position Openings are available at Kottayam, Kannur and Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • Proven experience as a Key Account Officer or in a similar role, with 1 to 3 years of experience
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
    • Knowledge of HR services and industry trends is a plus
    • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage and maintain key accounts, including regular communication, addressing client queries, and resolving issues
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring client satisfaction
    • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
    • Prepare and present reports on key account performance, including sales forecasts, revenue growth, and client feedback
    • Stay updated with industry trends and competition, providing insights and recommendations to improve account management strategies
    • Assist in the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of services
    • Monitor and track key account activities, ensuring timely delivery of services and proactive problem-solving
    • Identify growth opportunities within key accounts, suggesting new services or solutions to meet client needs
    • Stay updated with product knowledge and capabilities, effectively promoting our services to clients
