- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales of industrial components, preferably linear motion products.
- Strong technical understanding of Linear Bearings, Linear Guides, Ball Screws, and Gauges.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
