    Job Description:

    HDFC Bank is seeking a Virtual Relationship Banking - COP Officer - Fresher to provide world-class services and financial products to customers in Mumbai. The successful candidate will engage with customers, promote digital banking services, resolve queries, profile customers, and cross-sell bank products. The role also involves achieving defined objectives, meeting sales targets, maintaining interaction quality, adhering to audit and regulatory requirements, and submitting reports on time.

    Responsibilities:

    • Continuously engage with portfolio customers as per contact policy
    • Handle calls as per defined standards
    • Resolve customer queries accurately
    • Promote digital banking services for superior customer service experience
    • Profile customers for right cross-servicing of bank products
    • Accurately log and resolve complaints
    • Retain customers and control attrition
    • Assess customer needs proactively and deepen relationships
    • Cross-sell 'sticky products' like Demat, Bill Pay, Advisory, etc.
    • Monitor large amount movements and account closure from deposit accounts
    • Meet defined objectives of the portfolio managed by the VRM
    • Cross-sell products across all segments (TPP, Assets, Cards, etc.)
    • Acquire and group all related IDs of the primary ID
    • Use triggers to track maturity of FDs, movement of CASA balances, etc.
    • Train staff on product knowledge and certifications
    • Generate income at a customer level
    • Achieve quality benchmarks defined from time to time
    • Follow laid-down system and process as stipulated by audit and senior management
    • Ensure accurate and timely submission of financial transactions and requests
    • Update customer interactions in CRM next
    • Submit customer base review/reports as requested by central team/senior management

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field

    • Basic banking knowledge
    • Good communication skills
