    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to fill the role of Ecommerce Manager to handle all the market places. This position plays a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day roles of Ecommerce manager including sales and management with various departments within the company.

    Responsibilities:

    Managing Retailers And Marketplaces Such As Amazon, Flipkart, Social E-Commerce, Myntra & TATA Cliq, Website

    Market Place Management:

    • Managing and processing Market place orders on Flipkart, Amazon and Shopify
    • Conducting sales analysis and Improve the overall sales on MoM basis.
    • Excellent Cataloging skills
    • Must be aware of Offers and promotions on Flipkart.
    • Must knowledge of FBF and FBA.
    • Must be aware of all the prospective of Flipkart.
    • Must aware of running campaigns on Flipkart and Amazon.
    • Conduct regular stock assessments and coordinate restocking efforts.

    Order Fulfillment:

    • Oversee the picking, packing, and shipping processes to meet customer requirements.
    • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to prioritize and fulfill orders promptly.
    • Implement quality control measures to ensure accurate and timely order processing.

    Logistics Coordination:

    • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including liaising with carriers and freight forwarders.
    • Process orders and other issues with Shiprocket, Gati etc.
    • Process Order claims timely.
    • Monitor transportation schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
    • Resolve logistics issues and implement improvements to streamline processes.

    Team Management:

    • Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.
    • Conduct training sessions to enhance team efficiency and safety.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with VLOOKUP, Google sheets and google Scripts
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in inventory management software (Zoho, WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

    Salary Between - 5-7LPA
