    Job Title: Associate Client Partner

    Job Description:

    As an Associate Client Partner at Ken Research, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end sales operations while leading a team of approximately six individuals. Operating within the dynamic field of market research and consulting, you will play a pivotal role in understanding client requirements, crafting compelling value propositions, and guiding clients through their journey with our firm.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Understand client needs thoroughly and effectively communicate our value proposition.
    2. Lead the team in pitching our services and guiding clients through their journey with Ken Research.
    3. Utilize CRM tools such as FreshSales and HubSpot to manage client interactions and track progress.
    4. Prepare meticulously for initial client meetings, ensuring a methodical approach.
    5. Gather and analyze client information during initial calls, utilizing the BANT framework.
    6. Summarize meeting discussions and follow up with clear action items for next steps.
    7. Develop comprehensive scopes and Table of Contents (TOC) tailored to client requirements, clearly outlining research objectives, timelines, methodologies, and sample sizes.
    8. Create high-quality capability decks and educational content, including white papers, newsletters, and social media articles.
    9. Understand the intent and objectives behind collateral creation, ensuring alignment with client needs and company goals.
    10. Nurture existing client relationships and generate repeat business through proactive engagement and exceptional service delivery.

    Requirements:

    • Prior experience in Management Consulting or SaaS is Mandatory.
    • Strong understanding of client needs, value proposition pitching, and client journey articulation.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly FreshSales and HubSpot.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving sales targets.

    Work-week: Monday to Friday
