Job Title: Kubernetes Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Kubernetes administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, deploying, and managing highly available Kubernetes clusters across various environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and architect highly available Kubernetes clusters across public, private, hybrid cloud, and on-premise environments.
Perform Kubernetes administration, including installation, patching, onboarding applications, deploying SSL certificates, integrating identity providers, and managing RBAC.
Automate Kubernetes-related tasks using Ansible playbooks and manage them via AWX.
Provide 24x7 support and handle engineering activities related to Kubernetes and its ecosystem.
Integrate container-native storage solutions like RedHat Cluster FS, Portworx, Ceph, etc.
Manage private Docker/image repositories (Quay, Nexus, JFrog).
Monitor and optimize Kubernetes clusters using Prometheus, Grafana (added advantage).
Deploy and troubleshoot containerized applications using Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
Work with Git repositories, raising and approving pull requests (a plus).

Required Skills:

Strong experience in Kubernetes cluster design, deployment, and administration.
Hands-on expertise with container storage solutions and private Docker registries.
Experience in Ansible, AWX, and infrastructure automation.
Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) and Git version control.
Ability to work in a 24x7 shift environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications : CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) or CKAD (Certified Kubernetes Application Developer).
Experience in hybrid cloud environments.
