Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role as a Corporate Finance Analyst at A.T. Trade Overseas Pvt. Ltd./ Hisaria Group of Companies in Mumbai.

The Corporate Finance Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and performing financial forecasting and modeling for submission & compliance to Working Capital Bankers.

Dealing with WC Bankers on 360 degree basis will be an advantage.

They will also assist in budgeting and financial planning, conducting research and analysis to support business decisions, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CA, CFA, MBA Finance ) is a plusStrong analytical and quantitative skillsProficiency in financial modeling and forecastingExcellent knowledge of financial and accounting principlesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial softwareAbility to work with cross-functional teams and communicate financial information effectivelyAttention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reportingAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesExperience in corporate finance or financial analysis is a plus
