    We are hiring for Business Development Manager

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    Planning an effective B2B lead generation strategy with qualified leads.

    Establish relationships with sub agents, colleges, and educational institutions across Punjab.

    Conducting seminars / Presentations to colleges and institutes

    Generating Admissions & Registration leads.

    Networking and building professional relationships with institutes and external agencies like vendors / consultants etc.

    Guiding clients, a better and more appropriate way about Overseas education, Immigration & work permit opportunities.

    Execute local level marketing campaigns.

    Working towards admission targets set for the Education department.

    Managing on campus activities eg campus visit, workshops etc

    Plan and Implement Marketing activities (Offline and Online).

    Manage and improve content. (Offline and online)

    Develop marketing material for marketing promotion. (Offline and online)

    Take responsibility for inventory of print marketing collaterals, course hands on materials and collaterals.

    Research and book appropriate venues for the events and courses.

    Maintaining the proper client data on day-to-day basis.

    Attending official meetings and sharing your best prospective with team members.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    Should be a graduate in any stream.

    MBA in Marketing would be an advantage

    Good communication skill in English (both verbal and written)

    Experienced (in same field) candidate will be preferred.

    Ability to approach any situation with patience and very strong empathy.

    Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

    Pleasing personality.

    Must have a driving licence and driving experience.
