What you will do for Sectona

We are seeking an Instructional Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a knack for creativity, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Instructional design to maintain and enhance Learnings at Sectona. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for the following:

• Develop engaging and effective learning materials, including online courses, modules, and technical videos.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance of instructional materials.

• Design instructional strategies and activities that promote learning objectives and engage learners.

• Utilize instructional design principles, learning theories, and best practices to create high-quality eLearning.

• Incorporate multimedia elements, such as graphics, animations, videos, and simulations, to enhance learning outcomes.

• Conduct needs assessments and analyze target audience to tailor learning solutions to their specific needs and preferences.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of instructional materials and make revisions as necessary based on feedback and assessment data.

• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in instructional design and e-learning.

Requirements

Here is what we would like you to have.

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Instructional Design, content management and eLearning

• Proficiency in instructional design software, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Premiere Pro

• Strong understanding of learning management systems (LMS) and experience with course authoring and publishing.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
