- Make outbound calls to potential candidates to discuss job opportunities, explaining the role, organization, and benefits.
- Schedule interviews, follow-ups, and assessment tests as per the recruitment process.
- Answer incoming calls from candidates, addressing their queries and guiding them through the application process.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database accurately.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to match candidates with the right job opportunities.
- Provide feedback to candidates post-interview and assist in the onboarding process if required.
- Keep abreast of job trends and requirements in the industry sectors relevant to our clientele.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in Human Resources or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Tele Caller, Telemarketer, or a similar role in HR/Recruitment is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong listening skills to accurately understand candidates qualifications and job preferences.
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and recruitment processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software.
- Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
