    Job Overview

    We are seeking an Assistant Department Manager to join Tata Croma in Vega City Mall, Bangalore. This is a full-time position with an employment type of Junior (1 to 3 years of experience). As the Assistant Department Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Department Manager in overseeing the operations and performance of the department. You will provide support to the team, manage inventory levels, and ensure customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Age : 23 yrs to 35yrs
    • Graduate
    • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role in CDIT showrooms
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Good understanding of retail operations and customer service
    • Proficiency in using MS Office applications
    • Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
    • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Assist the Department Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the department
    • Supervise and train department staff to ensure high-quality customer service
    • Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet demand and minimize stock-outs
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
