    • As a Social Media Strategist, you will be the driving force behind many brand's online presence.
    • You'll craft strategies and execute campaigns that captivate the audience and drive engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement social media content plans aligned with brand identity and business goals.
    • Create, curate, and manage all published content across various social media platforms, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging. Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
    • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community around brands.
    • Leverage analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, generating insights and adapting strategies as needed.

    • Collaborate with designers to develop visually appealing and engaging multimedia content, including images, videos, and graphics.


    Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of creating and implementing successful campaigns.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
    • Proficiency in using social media scheduling, monitoring, and analytics tools.
    • A creative thinker with an eye for design and aesthetics, capable of translating ideas into visually appealing posts.
    • Familiarity with the nuances of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for each. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with different teams to achieve shared objectives.
    • A passion for staying updated on the latest trends, technologies, and strategies in the ever-evolving social media landscape.

    Requirements
    A Bachelors'/ Masters'/ Specialized course in Marketing and Communications or Advertising Confidence, tact, people-skills, instinctiveness Strong command of language – oral and written High-degree of understanding of people, brands and the market Strong leadership skills 3-6 years of relevant experience in the same/ similar role Multi-tasker The capability of team leadership Presentation & Pitching skills Technically equipped to conduct thorough market research (primary and secondary)
