- Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and finalizing offers. Build a robust talent pipeline to meet our staffing needs.
- Onboarding & Induction: Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires. Conduct induction sessions to familiarize them with our company culture and policies.
- Documentation & Compliance: Manage employee documentation and ensure all records are maintained accurately and in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Communication & Engagement: Foster open communication with candidates and internal stakeholders. Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Ownership & Independence: Take ownership of recruitment projects, work independently, and drive results with minimal supervision.
- Analytical Thinking: Use analytical skills to evaluate recruitment trends, track key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to improve recruitment strategies.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and onboarding.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates, employees, and stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to assess recruitment data and improve processes.
- Organization & Documentation: Meticulous in managing employee records and ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Team Player & Independent Worker: Comfortable working as part of a team but also able to work independently, taking ownership of tasks and projects.
