- Identify diagnose andresolve customerreported issues covering customer ITinfrastructure.
- Provide oneonone enduserproblem resolution over the phone and via remote access.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on ITequipment including but not limited to:
firewalls servers(hosts and virtual onpremises and cloud) network equipment laptopsprinters. - Document all technical proceduresand user guides including configuration implementation and assetdocumentation of IT hardware and processes.
- Participate in oncall rotation for escalationof issues.
- Perform network and workstationhardware installation maintenance and upgrades coordinating withstaff customers and vendors.
- Escalate serviceor project issues that cannot be completed within agreed servicelevels.
- Audit help desk tickets and ensureestablished service levels are being met.
- Support VOIP System which includes softphonesmobile app and physical phones.
- Maintainworking knowledge of customer specific IT applications includingbut not limited to Carbon Black ManageEngine Patch ManagerMicrosoft Intune and similar products.
- Office365 Management and troubleshooting.
- Createreports of vulnerable systems and Helpdesk metrics.
- Associates degreebachelors degree or workrelated experience.
- 5years of handson experience in Help Desk support for office usersand remote environments.
- Exceptional handsonand phone customer service skills allowing for a positive customerservice experience with endusers/customers.
- Knowledge of Windows and Mac OS Windows ServerHyperV firewalls and routers.
- Knowledge of thefollowing technologies/vendors: Microsoft Office Suite / Office 365and Active Directory
- Knowledge of the followingMicrosoft Azure cloud services and Virtual machines
- Ability to work in a team and communicateeffectively
- Fluency in English
- Certificationsin PC/Server related areas such as A Network Microsoft CertifiedProfessional (MCP) Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA).
- Experience with PowerShell or other scriptinglanguage.
- Solid understanding of fundamentalnetwork design and operation
