    Our Team

    We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager Sales in Mumbai or Pune. This role will focus on driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and acting as a subject matter expert for AVEVA Monitoring & Control and Information Management software. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, technical proficiency, and excellent communication skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Proactively identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new sales opportunities for AVEVA Monitoring & Control and Information Management software within target industries.
    • Developing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales opportunities, and achieving quarterly and annual sales targets.
    • Conducting compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical workshops to prospective and existing clients.
    • Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Built and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within client organizations.

    Requirements

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field. An MBA will be an added benefit.
    • 2-4 years of direct experience in selling and/or implementing AVEVA (formerly Wonderware) Monitoring & Control and Information Management software.
    • Hands-on experience with AVEVA System Platform (ArchestrA System Platform), AVEVA InTouch HMI, AVEVA Historian (formerly Wonderware Historian), and AVEVA Insight (Cloud-based OMI).
    • Experience with AVEVA MES, Operations Control, Production Management, or similar Information Management solutions is highly preferred.
    • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B technology sales environment.
    • Strong understanding of industrial automation concepts, SCADA systems, HMI development, data acquisition, and process control.
    • Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., SQL Server) and network protocols.
    • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
