    Position: Back-office executive

    Experience: 0 to 1 years Calling Experience

    Salary: 10000 to 15000 depends on your interview performance anda experience

    Office Time: 09:30 to 06:30 (6 days week Sunday off)

    Qualification: Any Graduate.

    Job details:

    JOB PROFILE

    • Initiate outbound calls to existing/potential customers to introduce and promote company services
    • Conduct follow-up calls to acquire new leads.
    • Convert leads into sells order of company service to existing / potential clients.
    • Co-ordinate with Seniors and/or Client for price negotiation.
    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills.
    • Email communication to client related to order, quotation etc.
    • Update and maintain customer records in the Software/CRM system.
    • Staying updated on product details, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

    • Effective verbal communication skills.
    • Active listening and attention to detail abilities.
    • Basic proficiency in using computer applications and CRM systems.
    • Ability to build professional rapport with clients.
    • Organizational and time management skills.
