- Initiate outbound calls to existing/potential customers to introduce and promote company services
- Conduct follow-up calls to acquire new leads.
- Convert leads into sells order of company service to existing / potential clients.
- Co-ordinate with Seniors and/or Client for price negotiation.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills.
- Email communication to client related to order, quotation etc.
- Update and maintain customer records in the Software/CRM system.
