    Description

    Finance Manager

    We are seeking a qualified and skilled Finance Manager to join our team at PRINTS24X7 based in Gurgaon. As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and driving financial efficiency for our dynamic digital print business.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as Busy.
    • Handle ledger reconciliation and maintain the general ledger.
    • Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure that all transactions are accounted for accurately.
    • Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, including payment negotiations, payments and vendor reconciliations.
    • Ensure vendor invoices are processed and paid in a timely manner while optimizing payment terms..
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, including GST Filing, TDS Returns, E Invoicing and income tax.
    • Liaise with external auditors and facilitate the annual audit process.
    • Manage cash flow effectively to meet the company's operational needs.
    • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to ensure smooth finance department operations.
    • Creating periodic reports _P&L, Cashflow & forecasts for the management to take informed decisions.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com or Intermediate Chartered Accountant (Inter CA) qualification.
    2. Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial management role, preferably in the printing or digital media industry or a manufacturing or services business,
    3. Proficiency in accounting software such as Busy or Tally is essential.
    4. Strong knowledge of Indian financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
    5. Hands-on experience in bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation, and vendor management.
    6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    8. High attention to detail and accuracy.
    9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
