Job summary

We are looking for a full-time Group PMO Administrative Assistant in Bangalore. As an administrator, you will work closely with teams across the business, coordinating interviews, managing schedules, and supporting event planning.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating new hire interview schedules and tracking hiring status for Group PMO Hub India.
  • Maintaining Group PMO schedules, room bookings, and preparing meeting rooms.
  • Organizing travel arrangements and itineraries for team members and global guests.
