    We are seeking a Growth and Performance Marketing Manager to join our team at JUSTDOGS, a leading pet care retail brand. As the Growth and Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving traffic to our e-commerce website through a combination of paid advertising and organic search strategies. Your expertise in social media marketing (SMM), retargeting, and remarketing will be crucial in reaching and engaging our target audience effectively.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Paid Advertising Strategy:

    • Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) to drive traffic and conversions.
    • Utilize your understanding of the target market audience to create highly targeted ad campaigns that resonate with our potential customers.
    • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising to continuously optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

    Retargeting and Remarketing:

    • Implement retargeting campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, WhatsApp, and email marketing.
    • Seamlessly stitch retargeting campaigns together to create a cohesive customer journey and maximize conversion opportunities.
    • Leverage data analysis to identify and segment audiences for effective retargeting efforts.

    Audience Segmentation and Data Analysis:

    • Identify and create data buckets or audience segments based on user behavior, demographics, and other relevant factors.
    • Utilize audience segmentation to tailor ad campaigns and messaging for improved relevance and engagement.
    • Analyze campaign performance metrics and user data to refine targeting strategies and optimize future campaigns.

    Complementary Organic Content Strategy:

    • Collaborate with the content team to develop an organic content strategy that complements paid advertising efforts.
    • Coordinate paid and organic content to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across channels.
    • Leverage organic content to boost user engagement and drive traffic to the e-commerce website.

    Technical Execution:

    • Oversee the technical aspects of campaign execution, including the setup of ad campaigns, landing pages, and tracking mechanisms.
    • Work closely with the marketing technology team to implement advanced targeting and tracking solutions for improved campaign performance.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid advertising and performance marketing.
    • Expertise in social media marketing, particularly in creating and optimizing paid ads on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
    • Strong understanding of retargeting and remarketing strategies across multiple channels, including social media, email, and messaging apps.
    • Proficiency in audience segmentation and data analysis to drive targeted marketing campaigns.
    • Experience with e-commerce platforms and driving traffic and conversions through digital channels.
