Description
The sales executive shall be working on pre-sales, client-team interactions for sales pitch, follow-up for deal closure and client acquisition, independently while working & contributing in a team. The executive shall also be responsible for the top line of the company and work towards the targets set from time to time. As an integral part of the sales team the executive shall contribute to the learning & development of self and team members, communicate seamlessly with the team, other departments, management, and potential clients. Internship covers all of these aspects to train and develop self as a successful brand in sales.
Job Responsibilities:
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Understanding of the operating domain and broad technical aspects
Market research of the domain and assigned geography
Identify the potential customers and enter the data in CRM
Set self-targets and strive to achieve them in tandem with the sales goals (quarterly)
Conduct traditional pre-sales activities to validate the potential customers
Collect case studies and schedule technical meetings with customers
Establish customer connect and follow up to qualify the potential customer
Close deals & add new logos to company clientele
Handhold customer accounts until handover to the account manager
Create sales reports and data for weekly sales reviews
Recommends potential services to management by market studies
