Role Summary
Augmenter Biz Consulting is hiring a B2B Sales Executive to support revenue growth for our IT Software Solutions business.
This is an end-to-end sales role covering the complete journey from lead generation to PO (Purchase Order), including discovery, demos, proposals, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures.
Key Responsibilities (Lead → PO)Generate leads through outbound calling, email, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and database mining.
Qualify leads and run discovery to understand customer needs, stakeholders, and timelines.
Present solutions and coordinate product demos with relevant stakeholders.
Prepare proposals/quotations, coordinate internally for solutioning and commercials, and share techno-commercial documentation.
Manage follow-ups, address objections, and support negotiation conversations.
Drive closure activities:
approvals, procurement requirements, documentation, and PO conversion.
Maintain CRM updates for pipeline, next steps, and forecasting.
Contribute to revenue growth by consistently building pipeline and improving conversions.
Skills & Requirements
0–2 years of B2B sales/BD experience (IT/software preferred).
Strong communication, persistence, and follow-up discipline.
Ability to understand customer problems and position solutions clearly.
Comfortable with cold calling, meetings, presentations, and basic proposal coordination.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office knowledge (Excel/PPT) is a must have.
