    Job Role:
    Account Officer (Night Shift)

    Location:
    Gota, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

    Working Hours:
    5.5 days per week (4:00 PM - 1:00 AM or 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM)


    Salary: 25,000–50,000 INR per monthDescription:The Account Officer (Night Shift) will be a key contributor to ensuring accurate and timely accounting processes for our Canadian and US-based clients.

    This role demands a qualified accounting professional, ideally with a CA background, who possesses strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a KPO environment during the night shift.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Client

    Account Management:
    Independently manage accounting tasks for assigned Canadian and US clients, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and other accounting functions

    Data Entry and Analysis:
    Accurately enter and analyze financial data in QuickBooks and other relevant accounting software

    Account Reconciliation:
    Reconcile bank statements, invoices, and financial records to ensure alignment and identify discrepancies

    Financial Reporting:

    Prepare and assist with generating financial reports (income statements, balance sheets, etc.) in accordance with US GAAP and/or IFRS, as required.


    Invoicing and Receivables:
    Generate and process invoices, track payments, and manage accounts receivable for timely collections

    Accounts Payable:
    Process vendor invoices, ensuring accurate payment processing and adherence to company guidelines

    Process Compliance and Quality Control:
    Strictly adhere to established accounting procedures, client-specific requirements, and relevant regulations. Ensure high quality standards at all times.


    Troubleshooting and Client Support:
    Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies, escalate complex issues, and provide timely support to clients

    Team Collaboration:
    Coordinate and communicate effectively with colleagues, onshore clients, and supervisors remotely, as needed.

    Qualifications:
    Education & Certification: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. CA certification is highly preferred.


    Experience:
    Minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience within a KPO environment, specializing in Canadian and/or US client accounting

    Technical Skills:
    Advanced proficiency in Quickbooks and other relevant accounting software.

    Deep understanding of Canadian and US accounting standards (US GAAP and IFRS knowledge is a strong asset).Excellent Excel and data analysis skills.

    Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks during night shifts.
    Strong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and client-facing skills.
