    Designation - Zonal Sales Manager

    Department - Glass Hardware

    Job Locations - Mumbai

    Should have minimum 15+ years of relevant experience.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Lead a dynamic sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets through both direct and channel sales channels within the designated region.
    • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands Dealer, Distributor and ensure its strong presence.
    • Identify and prioritize key channel partners based on their ability to reach target markets, generate leads, and drive revenue growth.
    • Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to inspire and empower a sales team to excel.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
    • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to sales planning and execution.
    • Proficiency in sales CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools.
    • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Willingness to travel within the region and occasionally beyond as required.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.

    Skillset & Qualifications Required:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
    • Proven experience in sales management or a similar leadership role.
    • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve targets and goals.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
