    Description

    Sikich is seeking a CaseView Administrator with 1-4 years of related experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the CaseView software system within the organization.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Design and program templates, financial statements, reports, schedules, and notes
    • Manage the creation, editing, and storage of templates, documents and financial statements within CaseView
    • Ensure that files are organized, versioned, and easily accessible to authorized user
    • Establish mapping structure
    • Develop training and reference materials.
    • Provide training and support to employees who use the CaseView software, ensuring they understand how to use it effectively and efficiently
    • Communicate any recommended changes and updates to QC team and Service Line leads before release
    • Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, user guides, and troubleshooting

    Requirements for Successful Candidate

    • Previous experience in system administration, preferably with CaseView or similar document management software
    • Proficiency in CaseView software, as well as other relevant software and technologies. Knowledge of database management, document management, and data security is important
    • Proven ability to master new formula-based programming collections
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and address issues efficiently
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to train end-users and collaborate with other departments
    • Keen attention to detail is crucial to ensure the accuracy and compliance of documents and financial statements
    • Effective organization and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
    • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards, such as legal or accounting requirements
    • Ability to adapt to changes in software, technologies, and business processes
