- Candidate must hold Pega CSSA or LSA certification
- Experience in developing applications following Scrum methodology with iterative sprints
- Working experience with Support & Development of Pega PRPC
- Proficiency in troubleshooting & performance tuning of PRPC applications using Clipboard, Tracer, PAL, and DB Trace
- Strong expertise in UI, Process flows, Caching, Rule resolution, Activities
- Implementation experience of various PRPC components like Data Transforms, Decision Tables, Decision Maps, Declarative Expressions, and Indexes
- Expertise in PRPC flows, interpretation of complex Flow shapes for business scenarios, Activities, Agents, Tickets, SLA's and Routing
- Extensive use of Connectors and SOAP Services in Pega PRPC for integration with external systems
- Experience in writing Activities, flows, RDB connectivity using RDB methods, ConnectSQL, Data pages, Email Listeners, File Listeners, Decisions, Declarative rules, validations, Integrations using SOAP, Agents, SMA, and Performance tools
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with an excellent understanding of system development methodologies, techniques, and tools
- Experience working with KAFKA Queue Processors, Job
- Good to have experience in Pega Customer Service framework
- Proficiency in using RDBMS concepts with Oracle
- Experience in working with Support & Development of Java/J2EE
- Designing and implementing PEGA applications
- Developing PEGA PRPC components and solutions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
- Customizing and configuring PEGA solutions
- Creating and maintaining system architecture and design documents
- Participating in system integration and user acceptance testing
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting PEGA applications
- Ensuring compliance with best practices and standards in PEGA development
- Training and mentoring junior PEGA developers
- Continuous improvement of PEGA development processes and methodologies
