Role Description
This is a full-time SmartCOMM Developers role based in Noida with the flexibility for some remote work. As a SmartCOMM Developer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining SmartCOMM templates and applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes. This role requires a strong understanding of SmartCOMM technology and excellent problem-solving skills.
Role & responsibilities
· Need to work as a team leader (technical leader) to contribute in various technical streams of
Smart Communications (Thunderhead) implementation project.
· Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators
· Planning and monitoring of the project deliverables from the team
· Mentor the project team in executing the identified projects
· Regular status reporting to the Manager and onsite coordinators
· Interface with the customer representatives as and when needed.
· Willing to travel to the customers locations on need basis.
· Design & Development of Smart Communications / Thunderhead NOW Templates
· Experience in Smart Communication / Thunderhead NOW platform
· Able to Design & Create document for batch, real-time or interactive delivery
· Hands-on experience on Smart Communications components (ATD) (Advanced Template Designer),
Data Modeler (DM), Appliance)
· Hands-on experience on Thunderhead components (Layouts, Stylesets, Business objects (BO),
Business Content Studio (BCS), Batch configurations, Output Processing Config, Integrations(add-on),
custom objects etc.)
· Experience in working on projects where Smart Communication/Thunderhead integrated with
up-streams and external integrations.
· Experience in a Scrum/Agile environment, understand requirements and develop solutions.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills along with experience in working with client/business team.
