    THE POSITION

    The SDM in this role needs to ensure that all support aspects of the MDO Fuse and CPI components are regularly managed

    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    Regular Monitoring and Change Mgt of Solution in adherence to the TACP required activities and client's policies and governance forums.

    Ensuring data and data integrity in the solution landscape is attained.

    Supporting the landscape where BAU and Project deliverables are shared.

    Ensuring the SLA's and Contractual agreements are attained and reported on as per the ITSM agreements.

    Service Catalogues and extensions are managed commercially ongoing.

    Resourcing and capabilities and coverage is managed to achieve the above.

    Map and refine/improve BAU processes with SAP over time.

    Provide testing and QA capabilities for the BAU TACP solution.

    SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    Exposure to SAP, major ERP systems and data domain is a must.

    Proven record working in a matrix structure and driving outcomes cross business.

    Excellent Communication, Customer Service, project management and time management skills required.

    Ability to work independently with little to no supervision.

    Willing to work in 24x7 / 365 work environment/ night shifts.

    Overall work experience of at least 12 years and 3-5 years of experience in service delivery / client facing

    roles.

    Good technical background.
