Designation : Manager – Energy Transition Practice

Location : New Delhi / Mumbai

Educational Qualifications : BE – Electrical/Mechanical and PG in MBA/MS/M. Tech

Experience : Min. 5 yrs. (2-3 yrs. in power system modelling

Job Profile:

• Support energy transition assignments covering energy modelling, RE technology, and RE policy/regulatory.
• Support power system modelling and analysis by applying various modelling tools to develop strategic insights into options for the India as well as international power systems.
• Deliver solution across various platforms such as PLEXOS, PyPSA, GAMS etc, interpret and analyze results, and present to clients.
• Conduct technology, market, and policy/regulatory assessments.
• Provide business development support by responding to EOI / RFQ / RFP tenders released by respective authorities pertaining to various RE projects, preparing proposals and budget estimations, marketing presentations, attending meetings/events etc.
• Engage with clients and assist in identifying issues and independently develop, execute, and deliver solutions as Team Leader or Project Manager.
• Take responsibility for end-to-end project execution from proposal, contracting, delivery, invoicing, and closure.
• Manage all projects independently with due focus on quality, timelines, profitability of execution, client satisfaction/relationship etc.
• Manage team of analysts and consultants by delegating tasks, disseminating information, and providing guidance for ensuring timely execution ad completion.
• Assist with practice planning by undertaking tasks such as resource allocation, team building, target tracking etc.
