- Consult on regional and global training needs
- Conduct ongoing skill and gap analysis and validate through data analysis in partnership with subject matter experts and leadership
- Manage the training and development needs of the region
- Facilitate instructor led training and design digital learning content
- Curate content and programs that can be consumed globally and by a hybrid employee population
- Support and drive Cornerstone's talent management practices – Development Conversations, Cultural Initiatives, Onboarding
- Have consideration for privacy and security obligations
- 5+ years Learning & Development, Talent Management or Coaching/Mentoring experience.
- Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- Are an excellent team player who can work with virtual and global team members.
- Are able to adapt and learn quickly .
- Have creative problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment.
- Direct experience and strong proficiency in creating written and digital learning materials.
- Are proficient in using the MS Office Suite.
