• Lead the successful implementation of Archer for customers by partnering with Account Executives/Account Directors where needed.


• Develop and implement effective job feeds, source tracking, and reporting strategies based on customer systems to ensure seamless integration.


• Ensure customers are fully prepared to evaluate Archer performance before launch by setting clear current-state benchmarks including application-to-interview rates per source.

The role demands strong stakeholder management skills with hands-on users and operational teams. You must be able to balance technical understanding with outcome-focused storytelling while maintaining comfort working across time zones with global customers.
