    As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in our company's success by providing support to our sales team and engaging with potential customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. You will be responsible for articulating the value proposition of our products or services, conducting product demonstrations, and building strong relationships with prospects to drive sales opportunities.     Solution Proposals: Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions or proposals based on customer requirements, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.

    Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with prospects through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and chat, to build rapport and nurture relationships throughout the pre-sales process.

    Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify new opportunities.

    Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation related to product features, pricing, and competitive analysis to support the sales team in their presentations and negotiations.
