The Business Development Executive (BDE) plays a key role in market expansion strategic partnerships customer acquisition while ensuring targets are met through proper planning execution relationship management.Key Responsibilities & Deliverables Lead Generation & Client Acquisition Conductor market research to identify new business opportunities potential clients Generate quality leads via cold calling networking social media referrals Build maintain strong relationships with B2B clients distributors channel partners Sales Execution Prepare deliver compelling product presentations proposals Negotiate terms agreements close sales meet exceed targets Follow up leads ensure consistent communication conversion Market Competitor Analysis Monitor industry trends competitor offerings pricing strategies customer preferences Provide insights recommendations business growth product positioning Reporting Documentation Maintain accurate records client interactions sales activities lead status CRM tools Excel Submit daily weekly monthly reports sales performance business development activities Ensure all proposals agreements deals properly documented communicated internal teams Collaboration Coordination Coordinate marketing operations product development teams campaign execution lead nurturing feedback sharing Participate trade shows exhibitions promotional events Skills Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration Marketing relevant field 1-3 years experience in Sales / Business Development preferably FMCG Beauty Healthcare Pharma Strong communication negotiation interpersonal skills Goal-oriented proven track record meeting exceeding targets Proficiency MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint Experience CRM tools plus Ability work independently part team Fluent English Hindi additional regional language plus
