    Senior Administrative Coordinator

     

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions in Hyderabad. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a critical role in supporting our executives and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

     

    About the Role:

    This is a full-time position available at our Hyderabad headquarters. We require an individual with 1-3 years of experience in a similar role to apply. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong time management skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the executive's schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
    • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
    • Conduct research and prepare reports for executive use.
    • Coordinate and follow up on projects and assignments to ensure timely completion.
    • Provide general administrative support to the executive team as needed.

     

    Requirements:

    • Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill)

    • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively

    Salary:

    The estimated salary for this position is ₹250,000 - ₹400,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
