Position Title:

MANAGER TAXATION STOCKSALES ACCOUNTING

PAYROLLBANKING Location:
Raipur


KEYRESPONSIBILITIES:

TAXATION:
Responsible for strategic tax planningquarterly half yearly and annually for GST TDS and
Income Tax as per applicable acts and norms.
Review andfiling Tax returns and quarterly/half yearly annual tax projectionsof GST TDS
and Income Tax.
Responsible forincome tax computation tax provision including computation ofdeferred tax
and advance tax payment of the Company incontext to GST TDS and Income Tax.
Responsible forfulfilling all Tax Compliances as per standard procedures andnorms.
Observe find and implement opportunities forprocess improvement in company tax
procedures.
Ensure timely followup regarding Direct& Indirect Income (GST Refund DBK Interest
Income FOREX Gain/Loss and MEIS License/RODTEP).
Responsible for maintaining and updating MIS as per requirement incontext to GST TDS
and Income Tax monthly quarterly halfyearly and annually


STOCK:
Perform monthly analysis of potentialinventory concerns.
Design and implementation ofinventory tracking system to optimize inventory control
procedures.
Responsible for stock valuation anddata.
Taking care of all monthly stock statement of alllocations.
Responsible for maintaining MIS of Stockstatement daily/weekly or monthly.


SALES/CHA/EXPORT ACCOUNTING:
Willbe executing the Domestic Sales Accounting Export Accounting andSales Order
Accounting.
Is responsible toexecute the Mondelez Bill Discounting Procedure
Preparation of Forex Payment advice and timely proceed forpayment.
Execute CHA Accounting with Record Export& preparation of Payment Advice.
Responsible forverification Accounting and Payment of Sales Brokerage.
Responsible to maintain MIS of export sales expenses realted toexport taxation
Creditors/Debtors related to export andMIS of forex weekly/fortnightly/monthly as per
norms. Proactively involvementwith Auditors and consultants for completion of Tax AuditGST
Audit and soliciting opinions relation to thetaxation matter of the Company.
Responsible for closingthe findings of the audit as and when required


DATASECURITY PAYROLL & BANKING:
Responsible for giving access of the Tally usage as per norms ofthe Company.
Responsible for maintaining proper databackup daily/weekly/monthly.
Responsible for processingpayroll.
Responsible for handling FOREX transactions andpacking credit.
Responsible for reporting daily bankbalance to the concerned authority.
Responsible forchecking the bank interest & charges.


EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATION REQUIRED:
CA/ CA Inter/MBA FInance Total work experience of 5 to 7 years in relevantfield InterestedCandidate share their resume on /
