    Description

    Experience in Salesforce business.

    Analyze and identify opportunities to secure new businesses from the customer base and optimize

    profit and increase revenues.

    Handling complex sales-cycles and making pitches to C-level executives

    Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement in Salesforce.

    Design and implement new strategies to drive business growth in the assigned sales market

    Administer the entire sales process, identify target customers, push sales and complete the sales

    process.

    Manage pricing, deal pricing and other sales proposal activities and provide support to support the

    marketing department.

    Manage OEM engagements to design strategies to acquire more business deals

    Provide an interface with senior management and junior staff regarding value based product proposal

    and marketing to ensure optimized OEM Sales

    Identify new markets to widen the market base for enhanced revenue and profit generation

    Involve in direct customer negotiations in association with sales directors

    Analyze markets to obtain latest trends, customer needs, competitors position and depth of customer

    base to re-design marketing strategy

    Explore amp; target new business leads amp; opportunities in mobile/web development domain.

    Requirements:

    3-6 years of experience carrying targets and achieving deals in business applications or technology

    sales

    Experience in Salesforce and other CRM s

    Experience in selling to C-Level and across both IT and business leadership and Enterprise Customers

    across globe.

    Maintaining Referenceable Customers

    Account planning and execution as well as NA strategy planning.

    Customer Orientation

    Excellent negotiation and convincing skills

    Good communication skills
