Description

The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge and understanding of Salesforce, a strong technical background, exceptional leadership abilities, experience building and growing technology teams, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the engineering team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Lead, manage, and hold the Engineering leadership team accountable for achieving agreedupon deliverables and commitments.
• Manage and mentor a diverse team of developers, QA analysts, and an architect, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the endtoend software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Drive the adoption of best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product management, design, and other crossfunctional teams to prioritize and deliver feature enhancements, bug fixes, and technical initiatives.
• Monitor and optimize team performance, productivity, and resource allocation to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in software engineering, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence within the team.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Salesforce Certified System and/or Application Architect is preferred
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
• 5+ years working in the Salesforce ecosystem with deep knowledge and understanding of the Salesforce Platform and Cloud Products
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing engineering teams, preferably in a fastpaced startup or technologydriven environment.
• Strong technical proficiency in software development methodologies, programming languages, and tools, with expertise in areas such as Apex, API Development, Lightning Web Components, and LDS
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor team members at all levels.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices, with the ability to make wellinformed technical decisions.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools, and a commitment to continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders, both locally and globally.
• Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive, resultsdriven mindset, with a passion for driving innovation and delivering highquality software solutions.
