    Description
  • Knowledge of Automotive Structures & Occupant Safety specially in Airbags

    • • Good understanding of basic Engineering fundamentals.

    • Good Experience in Airbag Meshing, Stitching using Hypermesh/Stitcher tool.

    • Good Experience in Airbag Folding Using Sim-folder (Pamcrash) solver

    • Good Experience in Airbag Deployment using LS-Dyna solver & Validation of Airbag with Test Results.

    • Good in ANSA/Hypermesh meshing and Structural Analysis for Automotive components

    • Report preparation in hyperview

    • Knowledge of Dummy positioning, seat squashing(foam deformation) and Belt routing in Primer will be added advantage.

    • Strong interpersonal & communication skills are highly desirable
