We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in Python programming and be proficient in developing AI/ML algorithms and models. This role requires a deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical techniques, along with the ability to implement machine learning solutions to address business challenges. The Python Developer will collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions that drive innovation and enhance our products or services.

Responsibilities :

• Develop robust and scalable Python-based applications, libraries, and APIs for AI/ML solutions
• Implement machine learning algorithms and models to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights
• Collaborate with data scientists and domain experts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Evaluate and select appropriate machine learning frameworks, tools, and technologies to support development efforts
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to understand data characteristics, identify patterns, and detect anomalies
• Conduct model evaluation, validation, and testing to ensure the performance, accuracy, and reliability of AI/ML models
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities into existing systems and applications, and ensure seamless interoperability with other components
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies, methodologies, and best practices

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree with a strong academic record in Computer Science or related field
• Proficiency in Python programming and popular libraries/frameworks such as NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and techniques
• Hands-on experience in building and deploying machine learning models in production environments
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for innovation and continuous learning
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
