    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dynamic and organized Executive Assistant & PR Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative support to our founder's office while also managing coordination with PR agencies. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities concurrently. The Executive Assistant & PR Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the founder's office and maintaining effective communication with external PR partners.

    Responsibilities:

    Founder Office Management:

    • Manage the founder's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events efficiently.

    Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for the founder, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.

    • Prepare materials and agendas for meetings, ensuring the founder is well-prepared and informed.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for the founder's office, screening calls, responding to inquiries, and handling correspondence.
    • Conduct research and compile information to support the founder's projects and initiatives.
    • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the founder, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

    Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

    PR Coordination:

    • Serve as the liaison between the founder's office and external PR agencies, maintaining regular communication and providing updates on initiatives and priorities.
    • Coordinate PR campaigns and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the founder's vision and objectives.
    • Assist in the development of press releases, media kits, and other PR materials. Manage media inquiries and interview requests, coordinating responses and scheduling as necessary.
    • Monitor media coverage and track PR metrics, providing regular reports to the founder and senior management.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency of messaging and alignment with branding guidelines.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in PR and communications, providing recommendations for improvement

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in any field.
    • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior executives or founders.
    • Experience in PR, communications, or media relations is highly desirable.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
