Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Azure RBAC/IDMS Lead to join our team remotely from India. The selected candidate will have a critical role in supporting Clients' Azure cloud environment, leading the implementation and management of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Identity Management Systems (IDMS).
Responsibilities: - Lead the design, implementation, and management of RBAC policies and permissions within Clients' Azure cloud environment. - Design and implement RBAC roles, role assignments, and access control policies to manage access to Azure resources, applications, and data. - Configure and integrate identity management systems like Azure Active Directory (AAD) to handle user identities, authentication, and access across Clients' Azure services and applications. - Work closely with Clients' IT teams to comprehend business needs and translate them into RBAC/IDMS solutions. - Develop and keep RBAC/IDMS documentation updated, including policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines. - Monitor RBAC/IDMS implementations to ensure compliance with security regulations, policies, and best practices. - Provide technical guidance and assistance to Clients' internal teams and stakeholders on RBAC/IDMS-related challenges and solutions.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. - Experience in designing, implementing, and managing RBAC and identity management solutions in the Azure cloud environment. - Hands-on experience with Azure RBAC, Azure Active Directory (AAD), and other Azure identity and access management (IAM) services. - Strong grasp of RBAC concepts, principles, and best practices. - Familiarity with identity management technologies like LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Clients' cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Certifications such as
Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate or
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert are advantageous.
