    Description

    Wireless Protocol Verification Engineer:

    Preferred Skill set :-

    > Working experience in 4G/5G test scenario development and debug issues from lab tests (Anritsu/Keysigh) and identify functional and performance issues.

    > Comprehensive understanding on wireless protocols like RRC, RLC, MAC, PDCP, PHY and IMS layers from 5G/4G.

    > Development of Test scenario and Testcase verification for given 5G,4G,legacy test scenario's on Anritsu / Keysight lab equpments.

    Handson Experince on Testcase execution on Test Equipment, Network Simulator like Anritsu, Keysight and R&S

    Handson experience on development of Functional Testcase on Test equipment , Network Simulator

    Experience on Defect Tracking tool such as JIRA, bugdb and Version control system , such as GIT, Perforce , SVN for Testcase Management and STLC.

    Problem solving skills for Testcase Development and Testcase management , Review requirement change and feature enhancement with change control framework and tools such as Gerrit, SWARM, Troubleshoot of Test Device and Test environment such as Network simulator at Lab and field .

    Job responsibility:-

    Strong understanding of 3GPP 5G/LTE/WCDMA/GSM Modem Protocols

    Undestand and develop the RTD, PRT , SSM or, Message Sequence based scripts (Anritsu and keysight) for 5G, 4G functional test scenario's.

    Understand the requirements, scope of the Testing and dependencies to perform assigned verification activities

    Hands-on experience with any of the Protocol Logging/flashing Tool can value added

    Motivation to break the system to identify quality of issues from Protocol perspective

    Troubleshooting/analyzing high level analysis of defects to narrow down the problems for Modem CP and AP software

    Exposure to commercial network simulator, scripting language such as xml, Windows Batch command, linux bash shell, defect tracking system such as JIRA is desirable

    -Hands on experience in automation using Python

    Candidate should be motivated to learn, eager to debug and resolve issues

    Must have excellent communication,Problem solving & presentation skills.

    Testcase Management with project specific Version control system and Change Management system
