    RoleDescription
    Assistthe First Line of Defence in RiskAssessments
    Testingthe effectiveness ofcontrols/measures
    Identifyrisks and discuss with reporting manager and processowner/s
    Preparechecklist on Company s Norms and collect evidences to demonstrateadherence
    Designand prepare training slides onRisk
    Scheduleclassroom trainings for employees on a monthlybasis
    Coordinateand interact with ERGO Group employees and meet the ERGO Grouprequirements
    Periodicallyupdate on risk related matters to the Head of Function alongwithReportingManager
    Assistthe Reporting Manager and/or Head of Risk Compliance & DataProtection in functional activities / projects as and whenadvised.
    KeyResponsibilities
    Timelyassessment and monitoring of operational and Information TechnologyRisks and reportingthereon
    Conductingoperating effectiveness test ofprocesses
    Maintainproof of both adherence to internal policies and the external lawsguidelines or regulations imposed upon thecompany
    Ensuringall departments work basis the Company s Norms and any risksidentified are mitigated with propermeasures.

    Qualification - Degree in commerce, Information Technology,Economics or law and/or MBA Location - Powai (Mumbai) RoleDescription Assist the First Line of Defence in Risk AssessmentsTesting the effectiveness of controls/measures Identify risks anddiscuss with reporting manager and process owner/s Preparechecklist on Company s Norms and collect evidences to demonstrateadherence Design and prepare training slides on Risk Scheduleclassroom trainings for employees on a monthly basis Co-ordinateand interact with ERGO Group employees and meet the ERGO Grouprequirements Periodically update on risk related matters to theHead of Function along-with Reporting Manager Assist the ReportingManager and/or Head of Risk, Compliance & Data Protection infunctional activities / projects as and when advised.
