    Job Title: Team Lead/Assistant Manager-India Contract Staffing/Hiring

    Location: Hyderabad, Onsite

    Experience Level: 7-10 years

    Job Description:

    The Team Lead/Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process for India positions. Your primary focus will be on sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to meet the staffing needs of various departments within the company. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

    Key Responsibilities:


    • Led the full-cycle recruitment process for India positions, including job posting, sourcing candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.), conducting interviews, and extending offers.


    • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively to track candidate progress, manage pipelines, and generate insightful reports for management review.


    • Successfully managed and built teams for the India hiring.


    • Expertise in cold calling techniques to reach out to passive candidates, effectively pitch job opportunities and build relationships to facilitate successful placements.


    • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop job descriptions, and establish candidate profiles.


    • Utilize advanced features of Microsoft Excel to analyze recruitment data, generate reports, and identify trends to enhance recruitment strategies.


    • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.


    • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on interview techniques, candidate assessment, and selection criteria.


    • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment and talent acquisition, particularly within the Indian market.


    • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends and maintain a competitive edge in attracting top talent.


    • Act as a brand ambassador for the company, representing our values and culture to prospective candidates through effective communication and relationship-building.


    • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates, including utilizing social media platforms, professional networking events, and industry associations.


    • Manage vendor relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other external partners to optimize resources and maximize results in India recruitment efforts.

    Qualifications:


    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


    • Proven experience as a Team lead/Assistant Manager, with at least 7-10 years of experience in India recruitment.


    • Team management and building skills.


    • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and attracting top talent across various domains and levels.


    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.


    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, with the ability to track and analyze recruitment data.


    • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools.


    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.


    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.


    • Experience working in a high-volume recruitment environment is preferred.

    If you have experience in working with large staffing firms and managed global clients like Microsoft, Google. would be preferred.
