About the Role:

As a Lead Generation Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales and marketing efforts of the company.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify and qualify potential leads, contributing to the growth of the business.

You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams, utilizing various strategies and tools to generate leads and create a pipeline for future sales opportunities.


  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target demographics.
  • Utilize various online platforms and tools to generate leads, including social media, professional networking sites, and industry databases.
  • Collect and organize lead data in MS Excel or CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform data cleansing and validation to maintain the integrity of lead information.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead nurturing strategies and follow-up plans.
  • Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics, providing regular reports and insights on campaign performance.
  • Support in maintaining lead databases, and updating contact information and lead status as required.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead generation techniques.
  • Adhere to privacy regulations and best practices when handling lead data.


  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, with the ability to manipulate and analyze data effectively.
  • Excellent research skills, with the ability to identify relevant leads and gather accurate information.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and management.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead-tracking software is a plus.
  • Prior experience or knowledge in lead generation is a bonus.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and online marketing channels for lead generation is desirable.

Duration and Compensation:

This is a full-time internship position with a duration of 3-6 months.
