    What do we look for?

    • 3 - 6 years of experience in Power BI Visualization tool – development & management (End to end).
    • Good experience in building large and complex data models in PowerBI
    • Good exposure in working with Azure data bricks – Pyspark, Spark SQL, Scala (Lazy evaluation and delta tables, Parquet formats, Working with large and complex datasets)
    • Strong experience with DWH using Synapse (distribution of tables (hash, replicate, round robin - scenario). Partitioning of data and Polybase.
    • ETL (Incremental loading .. SCD1, SCD2, Upserts)
    • Data factory (pipeline orchestration, scheduling and different types of triggers).
    • Logic apps (added advantage)
    • DAX studio experience.
    • Able to deal at a global level on model (need to understand access set-up, how to make the data global, how to create control and content level accesses.
    • Reporting and model performance enhancement.
    • Strong SQL, Python and Power Query exposure.
