    Role Description

    This is a full-time hybrid role as a Digital Marketing Specialist at HireX. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as social media marketing, digital marketing, web analytics, and online marketing. The role is located in Chennai, with flexibility for some remote work.

    Qualifications
    • Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing skills
    • Digital Marketing and Web Analytics skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
    • Experience with content creation and copywriting is a plus
    • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and optimize marketing strategies
