    1.PassengerAssistance:
    • Greetpassengers upon their arrival at the airport and provide a warm andwelcoming atmosphere.
    • Assist passengers withcheckin procedures security checks and boardingprocesses.
    • Offer guidance and information aboutflight schedules gate changes baggage claim and other relevantairport services.
    2.CustomerService:
    • Provideexceptional customer service by addressing passenger inquiriesconcerns and complaints.
    • Handle difficult orirate passengers with patience and professionalism resolving issuesto the best of your ability or escalating to higher authoritieswhen necessary.
    • Ensure that passengers withspecial needs such as children elderly individuals or individualswith disabilities receive extra assistance asrequired.
    3. Lost andFoundAssistance:
    • Assistpassengers in locating lost baggage or personal items by liaisingwith the airports lost and found department and coordinating theretrieval process.
    4.VIP Services (ifapplicable):
    • Providespecial services to VIP passengers such as escorting them througharranging ground transportation and ensuring a seamless travelexperience.
    5.Appearance and Conduct: Maintain aprofessional appearance and conduct yourself with courtesy andprofessionalism at alltimes.6. ShiftWork: Shift Work including nightsweekends and holidays as airports operate around theclock.QualificationsandRequirements:
    • Highschool diploma or equivalent (additional education or certificationin hospitality or tourism is a plus).
    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strongproblemsolving abilities.
    • Ability to work in afastpaced and highstress environment.
    • Knowledgeof airport operations and procedures (training may beprovided).
    • Customer service experience ispreferred.
    • Multilingual skills are often anadvantage.
