    As a Loyalty SalesConsultant at Kezan consulting the key responsibilities includelead generation selling Accor Plus memberships renewal activitiesand administrative tasks. The position requires frequentinteraction with internal teams and external stakeholders. Theprimary focus is to achieve set sales targets maintain renewalstatistics and adhere to Accor Advantage Plus T&C and salespolicies. The role demands proactive lead generation use ofeffective sales scripts and consistent performance in convertingrenewals. Additionally the candidate will be expected toparticipate in team projects and perform other functions as advisedby the Hyderabad office. The Loyalty Sales Consultant will reportto the Regional Manager and work within the designated calling areademonstrating professionalism and utilizing modern sellingtechniques provided. The main complexity and critical issues in thejob revolve around achieving new sales targets acquiring referralsand ensuring high renewal conversionrates.CandidateQualifications:
    The ideal candidate forthis role should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience inoutbound sales preferably within the hotel industry. Computerliteracy strong verbal and written communication skills fluency inEnglish networking abilities and relationshipbuilding skills areessential. The candidate must exhibit good interpersonal skillsattention to detail effective teamwork the ability to meetdeadlines and a serviceoriented approach.
