    Job Description:

    We areseeking a highly motivated and resultsoriented Lead GenerationSpecialist to join our team in Chennai India with a focus on leadgeneration in both the UK and India regions. As a Lead GenerationSpecialist you will play a crucial role in identifying andnurturing potential clients interested in our range of IT solutionsand services.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    1. Lead Generation Strategy:Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies alignedwith our IT service offerings to drive new business opportunitiesin both the UK and India.

    2. Prospecting:Identify and research potential clients within your assigned targetindustries and segments in both regions leveraging various onlineand offline sources.

    3. Outbound Outreach: Engagewith potential clients through outbound prospecting activities suchas cold calling email campaigns and personalized outreach in boththe UK and India.

    4. Qualification: Evaluate andqualify leads to ensure they meet predefined criteria for specificIT services including their IT infrastructure needs budgetconstraints and business goals in bothregions.

    5. IT Solutions Knowledge: Acquire andmaintain indepth knowledge of our IT service offerings toeffectively communicate the value proposition to potential clientsin both the UK and India.

    6. Lead Nurturing:Develop and maintain relationships with leads by providing relevantinformation content and resources related to our IT solutions toguide them through the decisionmaking process in bothregions.

    7. CRM Management: Utilize customerrelationship management (CRM) software to track and manage leadsrecord interactions and update lead statuses.

    8.Data Analysis: Analyze lead generation data and metrics within thecontext of IT services to assess the effectiveness of leadgeneration campaigns and make datadriven improvements for bothregions.

    9. Reporting: Generate regular reportson lead generation performance for specific IT services and presentfindings to the sales and marketing teams for both the UK and Indiaregions.

    10. Collaboration: Collaborate closelywith the IT sales teams in both regions to ensure seamless handoffof qualified leads for further engagement andconversion.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field(preferred).

    Proven experience in leadgeneration specifically within the IT services industry in both theUK and India.

    Familiarity with IT services andsolutions including mention your specific services in bothregions.

    Proficiency in using lead generationtools CRM software and marketing automationplatforms.

    Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to discuss complex ITtopics.

    Strong analytical and problemsolvingabilities.
