    1. ServiceCoordination:
    • Overseeand coordinate all aspects of the dining service includingrestaurant banquet and event operations.
    • Ensurea seamless flow of service by managing reservations seatingarrangements and guestpreferences.
    1. TeamLeadership:
    • Leadand motivate the frontofhouse staff including servers hosts andother service personnel.
    • Provide trainingguidance and feedback to enhance the teams performance and guestsatisfaction.
    1. GuestInteraction:
    • Interactwith guests in a courteous and professionalmanner.
    • Address guest inquiries concerns andspecial requests promptly andeffectively.
    • Monitor guest satisfaction andtake proactive measures to ensure a positiveexperience.
    1. QualityControl:
    • Monitorand maintain high standards of food and beverage qualitypresentation and service.
    • Conduct regularinspections to ensure cleanliness and organization in diningareas.
    1. MenuKnowledge:
    • Possessa comprehensive understanding of the menu including ingredientspreparation methods and specials.
    • Providerecommendations and descriptions to guests promoting upselling whenappropriate.
    1. Orderingand InventoryManagement:
    • Collaboratewith kitchen and bar staff to manage inventory levels and ordersupplies as needed.
    • Monitor and control portionsizes and waste to maximizecosteffectiveness.
    1. TrainingandDevelopment:
    • Conductongoing training sessions for staff on service standards menuknowledge and customer service skills.
    • Keep theteam informed about changes in menus promotions andpolicies.
    1. EventCoordination:
    • Coordinatewith event planners and banquet staff for special events andfunctions.
    • Ensure smooth execution of cateringservices for events held within theestablishment.
    1. AdherencetoStandards:
    • Ensurecompliance with health and safety regulations as well as companypolicies.
    • Uphold and reinforce hygiene andsanitation standards throughout the food and beverageareas.
    Requirements:
    • Provenexperience in a supervisory or leadership role within the food andbeverage industry.
    • Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills.
    • Excellent organizationaland multitasking abilities.
    • Indepth knowledgeof food and beverage operations including service techniques andindustry trends.
    • Familiarity with POS systemsand reservation platforms.
    • Ability to work in afastpaced and dynamic environment.
    • Acustomercentric approach with a commitment to exceeding guestexpectations.
